Graeae’s highly successful Play Lab programme returns
Play Labs provide a safe space and creative support for disabled artists to explore raw ideas and fresh stories.
Every Play Lab allows for:
Up to two-days in Graeae’s accessible studio space
Guidance and artistic advice from our award-winning team
A budget up to £1000 to cover fees and access costs.
Managed by the New Works and Literary department, we offer structured mentorship that champions development along with Graeae and encourages artists to continue the work beyond the Play Lab and our reach.
We are looking for two artists who are not only keen to jumpstart their creative processes, but committed to realising their ideas; a DIY attitude that necessitates taking inspired risks and flirting with failure.
Please note the Play Lab must take place during the weeks of September/ October 2012.
